Atos: contract with Illumia in Italy
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that Illumia, a player in Italy's energy sector, has completed the digital transformation of its business in just 15 months thanks to its "DORA" (Digital Operations for Retailers by Atos) platform.
The functionalities and processes implemented with DORA have been via SAP S/4HANA for the management component, SAP C/4HANA for sales and customer services and "SAP S/4HANA for Utilities" for vertical processes.
The new system now manages operations, finance and customer relations centrally, and enables Illumia to meet its future challenges, such as introducing new tools to support sales, speed of execution and facilitate change.
