Atos: launches a three-year Plan
(CercleFinance.com) - At its investor day, Atos announced the launch of "Advance 2021," its new three-year plan that takes into account its new structure, "building on its reinforced global profile in digital services".
The IT Services group also intends to distribute to its shareholders 23.4% of the share capital of its payment solutions subsidiary, Worldline, hence giving birth to two leading listed pure players.
After the deconsolidation of Worldline, the three-year plan targets average annual sales growth of between +2% and +3%, an operating margin of between 11% and 11.5% in 2021 and free cash flow of between 800 million and 900 million euros.
