Atos: integrated into Invest Securities' 'Selection'
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities reiterates its "buy" rating on the Atos stock, having raised its target price from 103 euros to 110 euros, with the broker integrating it into its stock "Selection," at the company's trading update regarding the group's outlook after its recent profit warning and the share's sharp fall.
The analyst says that the broker believes that the problems of the (IT outsourcing) division I&DM are temporary problems of execution and that the acceleration of the hybrid cloud market will help the group to improve its performance.
He also integrates Syntel, whose acquisition was finalised in late October, considering that it is the catalyst for the transformation of the B&PS division (Systems Integration) division, which is expected to significantly improve its EBITA margin, from 7.6 % in 2017 to 13.6% in 2021.
