Atos: BlackRock stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 13 August, its stake in Atos fell below the thresholds of 5% of its voting rights and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it now holds 4.
90% of Atos' capital and voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from a sale of Atos shares on the market and a restitution of shares held as collateral.
