These companies bring proven expertise in the health sector and strengthen Atos' presence in the strong growth market of digital health in the US, the group said.
Atos will now be able to support health service providers seeking to optimize their operations and clinical and financial performance.
As a result of these acquisitions the group will generate over one billion euros of annual turnover in the health sector.
