(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening, Atos announced its planned acquisition of Siemens Convergence Creators GmbH (CVC).
This company is an international multisectoral digital transformation solution provider which has its headquarters in Vienna.
CVC provides software solutions in communication networks, the management of services and clients, along with security and public safety, information, multimedia entertainment and space technology.
"The presence of CVC in Germany, the US, Central and Eastern Europe (with production centres in Croatia and Romania providing digital expertise) as well as its powerful network of partners would give Atos a solid base for its global activities" the group said.
