Maurel & Prom: early redemption of ORNANE
(CercleFinance.com) - Maurel & Prom announces the early redemption, with effect from 12 February 2018, of all ORNANE 2019 and 2021 bonds that continue to be in circulation and for which the conversion right has not been exercised.
If it receives a notification of exercise of conversion right of shares before the deadline stated for either of the different ORNANE types, the group has opted for payment in cash to those holders who would exercise their conversion right within the time limit provided.
The ORNANE 2019 and 2021 bonds for which the conversion rights have not been exercised will be redeemed in cash on 12 February at a rate of E17.2923 per 2019 ORNANE and E11.0549 per 2021 ORNANE and will then be cancelled in accordance with their terms and conditions.
