Sopra Steria: acquisition of Bluecarat finalised
(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria announces that on 3 May it finalised the acquisition of Bluecarat, the German IT services company, in line with the acquisition project announced on 8 January.
It will enter into the consolidation of Sopra Steria over the course of the month of May.
Bluecarat, as a specialist in IT strategic consultation and Agile projects (including Scrum Academy), cyber/IT security and API management, realised organic growth of over 25% and an estimated turnover of around 33 million euros in 2017.
