Sopra Steria: plans to acquire Galitt.
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday evening, Sopra Steria announced its planned acquisition of Galitt, a consulting group and publisher of solutions on the market of payment systems and secure transactions.
Sopra Steria aims to buy 88.2% of Tecfit's shares and voting rights, which is Galitt group's holding company.
The company's sales reached 30.8 million euros in 2016.
