Lisi: completes sale of two aeronautical subsidiaries
(CercleFinance.com) - Lisi Aerospace announces that it has definitively completed the sale of Indraero Siren and Lisi Aerospace Creuzet Maroc, whose main activities are boilermaking and the assembly of aerostructures.
These subsidiaries have been sold to a fund managed by Quantum Capital Partners.
Indraero Siren employs 422 people and Lisi Aerospace Creuzet Maroc has 283 employees. The group's sales reached 61 million euros in 2018, thanks to major contacts with Airbus and Safran.
Lisi Aerospace consolidates its fasteners business and is concentrated on complex primary parts from the strategic technologies it intends to develop, such as forging, moulding and extruding.
