Crédit Agricole: launches Private Investment Banking unit
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez Wealth Management have announced the creation of a Private Investment Banking division.
This new division is dedicated to supporting large fortunes and family holding companies. It will be led by Silvia Calvello, previously Senior Senior Banker for Large Clients in France and Global Head of Consumer Good, Retail and Business Services sector coverage within Crédit Agricole CIB.
The team operates on a global geographic scope, with the support of the Group's international network, present in over 45 countries.
"It aims at supporting family holdings and their shareholders in implementing their long-term strategies by taking advantage of the group's network and the synergies between corporate and investment banking and wealth management," the group said.
