Crédit Agricole: underlying EPS under expectations

34 euro for the third quarter of 2019, down 6.3%, and two cents below the consensus.
The bank's underlying revenue increased by 4.9% to 5,073 million euros, "as a result of buoyant customers capture, savings, loan and equipment," with an improvement in the underlying cost/income ratio excluding SRF (Single Resolution Fund) by -2.0 pp to 59.6%.
Crédit Agricole highlights a continuation of implementation of the 2022 Medium-Term Plan: growing digitalisation of customer relations, increase in customer satisfaction, customer capture buoyant in France and Italy (+210,000 individual customers).
