Crédit Agricole: offer for Kas Bank unconditional
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday evening, the French bank Crédit Agricole said that as of now, 95.
3% of Kas Bank issued and outstanding securities have been tendered and delivered to the takeover bid launched by its investor services subsidiary, CACEIS.
With all conditions having been satisfied or waived, it is now declared unconditional, the group added, which announed a settlement-delivery date of 27 September.
The offer will be re-opened between 24 September and 7 October inclusive for Kas Bank shareholders who have not yet tendered their shares.
