Crédit Agricole: SODICA completes sale of Castel Clara
(CercleFinance.com) - SODICA Immobilier, a Crédit Agricole subsidiary, has been commissioned to sell the four-star Castel Clara hotel to a club-deal of investors and Paris Inn Group.
This hotel is located in a top spot in Belle-Ile-en-Mer (Morbihan) and is affiliated to "Relais & Châteaux".
The group said that SODICA Immobilier has exclusively advised the historical owners of Castel Clara, enabling them to sell the hotel in optimal conditions regarding valuation and according to a fixed schedule, the group said.
The company Ô Voyageurs, the new majority shareholder, and Beauvau Capital, a real estate management company, completed this acquisition, alongside Paris Inn Group.
