Crédit Agricole: Q4 2018 net income up 22%
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole SA has published Q4 2018 underlying net income group share that is up 21.
6% at 1,067 million euros, or 0.33 euro per share, with underlying gross operating income that is down 1.2%.
Underlying net banking income amounted to 4.814 million euros, virtually flat (+0.1%), thanks to the sound resilience of the divisions exposed to unfavourable market conditions and the growth of other businesses - in particular, retail banking in Italy (+17.5%).
With FY 2018 underlying EPS that is up 13.8% at 1.39 euro, the Board of Directors will propose a 0.69 euro dividend per share, up 9.5% compared to that paid for 2017.
