Crédit Agricole: negotiates stake in Comexposium
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole Assurances announces that it has entered into exclusive talks with Charterhouse Capital Partners for the acquisition of its stake in Comexposium, one of the world leaders in the organisation of trade fairs and salons.
The bancassurance group would thus become the long-term partner of the Paris-Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Comexposium's historic shareholder, to accompany it in the pursuit of its development.
Comexposium has 67 brands covering 11 business sectors, including trade fairs such as Salon International de l'Agriculture and Foire de Paris. Its trade fairs attract over 48,000 exhibitors and some 3.5 million visitors each year.
