Nexans: withdraws proposed dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - In the unprecedented context of the Covid-19 pandemic, Nexans has announced that its board of directors has decided to withdraw the proposal for a dividend of 0.
40 euro per share for 2019, as announced on 20 February.
The cable manufacturer confirms that its AGM will be held on 13 May, although behind closed doors, without the physical presence of shareholders. It will be broadcast live on its website and Nexans encourages shareholders to vote by mail.
