Mersen: Stifel raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel maintains its "buy" rating on Mersen shares, raising its target price for them from 50 euros to 54 euros, citing the publication of 2022 results that are deemed impressive, along with solid targets for 2023.
The broker says that last week's publication once again demonstrated that the industrial group specialising in graphite "benefits from a strong underlying momentum linked to the energy transition".
Stifel now expects organic growth of 8% per year over the period 2021-27. It believes that "the new growth plan and the new leadership in SiC will give the group a new dimension that would justify new multiples".
