Bolloré: net income down at E3.4bn
(CercleFinance.com) - The logistics and transport group Bolloré's 2022 revenue amounted to 20,677 million, up 20% LFL.
EBITA reached 1,502 million euros, up 47% LFL. It was driven by the performance of Transport and Logistics (E578m, +84%) and Communication (E1,086m, +20%).
Net income, group share, amounted to 3,400 million euros, compared to 6,062 million euros in 2021.
A proposal will be made to the General Meeting to distribute a dividend of 6 cents per share (including E0.02 interim dividend already paid in September 2022), identical to that paid for 2021.
