Bolloré: net income, group share jumps 79%

(CercleFinance.com) - Transportation company Bolloré believes that it recorded good results in 2020 for all its businesses, despite the health crisis.


At 24.11 billion euros, 2020 sales slipped 3% LFL relative to 2019. At the same time, adjusted operating profit (EBITA) increased by 23% LFL to 2.04 billion euros.

Net income came in at 1.56 billion euros (+11%), a figure that does not include a capital gain on the sale of 10% of
UMG on 31 March 2020, it said.

Finally, Bolloré posted net income, group share of 426 million euros, up 79%.

A dividend of 0.06 euro per share will be proposed (including an interim dividend of 0.02 euro, already paid in September 2020), identical to that paid for 2019.
