(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF reiterates its "buy" rating on the Bolloré share, maintaining its target price of 3.
8 euros (19% upside), in a review of the acquisitions of Bolloré and Financière de l'Odet shares by the Bolloré group structures.
These reinforcements illustrate management's confidence in the group's prospects and could be the sign of a future simplification operation, aiming to limit the final dilution of the family's holding, it said after further transactions over the summer.
The broker remains convinced that an Odet/Bolloré merger will eventually occur, enabling a major reduction of the discount. Analysts add that in the near term, they remain confident about Bolloré's prospects - particularly for the Transport & Logistics division.
