Bolloré: modifies offer for Blue Solutions
(CercleFinance.com) - Bolloré announces a modification of its alternative public offer targeting Blue Solutions shares, with the deletion of the exchange branch based on a parity of 4.

As the recent exceptional circumstances in the financial markets have made this exchange branch lose all interest, the planned project now only consists of an exclusive purchase at the unchanged indicative price of 17 euros, followed by a squeeze-out.
This change in the characteristics of the proposed offer lifts the intervention restrictions on Bolloré shares, and in particular enables the activation of the share buyback program authorised by Bolloré group's AGM of 29 May 2019.
