Bolloré: appeal made after holding company investigated
(CercleFinance.com) - The holding company Bolloré SA has taken note of its placement under formal investigation, which “occurred mechanically,” after the investigation of two of its directors, Vincent Bolloré and Gilles Alix, on suspicion of corruption in Guinea and Togo.
"The holding company Bolloré SA has taken note of its placement under formal investigation... without any new element. The holding company Bolloré SA, which is in no way related to the facts being investigated, has decided to bring an action against this decision to be cleared of any allegations," the company said in a statement on Wednesday evening.
