Bolloré: diposal of Havas finalised.
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi today announced that it has acquired the 59.
2% stake held by the Bolloré Group in Havas, at a price of 9.25 euros per share, pursuant to the agreement signed on 6 June and following authorisation received from the competition authorities concerned.
The parent company of Universal Music Group and Canal + said that in accordance with stock market regulations, Vivendi will make a simplified takeover bid on the balance of the capital of Havas, a bid which is not aimed at delisting Havas.
