Eurofins: acquisition in South Korea
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurofins Scientific has announced having completed the acquisition of Lab Frontier, a provider of a wide range of food, environmental and cosmetics testing services in South Korea.
The financial terms of the deal have not been specified.
Based in Anyang, not far from the capital Seoul, this company, which is affiliated to Young In Group (YIG) employs 40 people and generated turnover of almost 3 million euros last year.
