Esker: a top pick in European mid-caps for Berenberg

(CercleFinance.com) - Esker, a French specialist in document dematerialisation, is a top pick for Berenberg analysts, according to the German broker's comments that it published on Tuesday.

In its strategic note, Berenberg believes that the European mid-cap market still contains some abandoned and undervalued stocks, even in the post-Covid market environment.

Regarding Esker, Berenberg believes that the document process automation company is well positioned due to regulatory standards and the increasing use of digitisation.

"It also has rising profitability, strong cash flow generation and balance sheet strengths," Berenberg says, which remains a buyer of the share, with a target price of 165 euros.
