Bénéteau: finalises acquisition in Poland
(CercleFinance.com) - Bénéteau has announced reaching the financial closing of the acquisition, in Poland, of Delphia Yachts' operations designing, building and marketing sailing and motor yachts under the Delphia Yachts and Maxi Yachts brands.
The acquisition, which was announced in July, has been made through the Polish entity Stocznia Jachtowa Delphia, in which Bénéteau's Polish subsidiary, Ostroda Yachts, holds 80% of the capital, while Delphia Yachts holds the remaining 20%.
