Icade: Invest Securities still a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday evening real estate company Icade announced that it would soon be selling its entire stake in Icade Santé (currently 58.

The transaction is relatively complex and will be carried out in two stages - although it is broadly in line with the scenario developed in the broker's study, which concludes that the transaction will boost the share price in the near term, although will leave Icade in charge of a less diversified and clearly less attractive portfolio in the medium term, the broker says.
Invest Securities maintains its target price of E57.2 for the stock, along with its buy rating on it.
