Icade: uncertainty around Icade Santé's IPO
(CercleFinance.com) - After an active week of roadshows and six days of book building, Icade announces that current equity market conditions are not in place to enable the IPO of its subsidiary Icade Santé to be completed in satisfactory conditions.
However, the real estate group specifies that the order book was covered in the afternoon on Wednesday, 29 September.
Icade and Icade Santé are exploring several options and will make further comments in the next few days to specify the what is happening next in the operation.
