Icade: acquisitions galore
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade Healthcare Europe and Icade announce that, on on 19 December, they completed, the acquisition of 19 assets of nursing homes in Germany, for a total of 266 million euros, including tax and duty, from MK Kliniken Group, totalling 2,300 beds for a total surface area of 112,000m2.
Meanwhile, Icade Healthcare Europe, a vehicle dedicated to international investments in health, which is 59%-owned by Icade, says that it has signed the acquisition of a new nursing home in Italy for 11 million euros (100 beds), with two further establishments on the cards (24 million euros and 200 beds - start 2021).
Finally, Icade Santé, almost a 57%-subsidiary of Icade group, announces that it has signed the acquisition of two Ehpad from Korian for a total of 14.5 million euros, including duties, thus continuing its diversification in long-term stays in France. These two establishments have a total of 146 beds for a total surface area of around 6,000 m2, are located respectively in Le Teilleul (Manche) and Notre Dame de Sanilhac (Dordogne).
