Icade: sells 49% of Tour Eqho
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade announced on Monday that it had sold 49% of the shares of the company holding the Eqho Tower to an OPPCI fund, held by South Korean investors, for 365 million euros, based on an asset value set at 745 million euros, excluding fees.
This sale follows the sale promise, signed on 2 August. An option to purchase the remaining capital (51%) was also granted to the buyer, with maturity in December 2020.
Located on the edge of the circular boulevard of La Défense, the tower includes 78,500 square metres of offices and services and has 1,110 parking spaces. It is 100% leased to prime tenants, with a residual average lease term of nearly seven years at 30 June 2019.
