Icade: completes sale of 'Open' building
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has that on 28 December it sold to a leading French institutional investor, the Open building (9,200 m2), its headquarters building located in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine), near Paris, for a total of 98.
8 million euros excluding duties.
The group remains the occupant of the building under a lease signed concomitantly to the sale. For the record, this sale follows the sale promise signed on 25 October and is part of the group's strategy announced in July.
Icade aims to step up asset rotation in the office portfolio through sales of core assets, reinvesting the proceeds from these disposals in development projects of the Office Property Investment Division as well as in the international expansion of Icade Santé.
