Icade: S&P's confirms credit rating
(CercleFinance.com) - On its annual review Icade has said and after analysis of the 2019-2022 plan presented last July, the credit rating agency Standard & Poor's has confirmed the company's "BBB+/stable/A-2 - stable outlook" rating.
"This rating confirms its credit standing and capacity to finance its development on short and medium term in attractive financial conditions," said the real estate group, of which Caisse des Dépôts is the core shareholder.
