Altran Technologies: Oddo says tender to the offer
(CercleFinance.com) - Altran Technologies has published 2019 adjusted net income that is up 29% at 212.
9 million euros, or 0.84 euros per share, with an operating margin of 12.7%, up 60 basis points from 2018.
Oddo says that overall its annual results are in line with estimates and are even better in terms of FCF.
Oddo underlines that Q4 sales are slightly lower than expectations, with Germany and the UK partly to blame. The broker however notes that there was a slight disappointment in Q4, although it could have expected worse.
Analysts say that management anticipates in sales to pick up slightly in 2020 and it values the share at 13.4 euros via a DCF calculation, which is above its former estimate of 11.8 euros post-Q3.
With a target price set at 14.50 euros, Oddo recommends shareholders tender their shares to the offer (from Capgemini).
