Capgemini: offer for Altran to close on 22 January
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF announced on Wednesday evening that the tender offer initiated by Capgemini for Altran Technologies shares, which has been open since 16 October, will close on 22 Januar 2020.
By order made on 18 December, the delegate of the First President of the Court of Appeal of Paris rejected the request for a delay to the execution of the compliance decision of Capgemini's takeover bid on Altran shares.
For the record, the initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire all Altran shares issued, or likely to be issued, that it does not hold, i.e. a maximum of 230,048,025 shares at a price of 14 euros per share.
