Altran: AMF approves Capgemini tender offer
(CercleFinance.com) - On 14 October, the AMF has announced its clearance decision on Capgemini's tender offer for Altran Technologies shares, filed on Capgemini's behalf by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC France and Lazard Frères Banque.
As a reminder, the Offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire all Altran's shares issued or likely to be issued, that it does not hold, i.e. a maximum of 230,048,025 shares at a price of 14 euros each.
The offer will null and void if the bidder does not hold, alone or in concert, at the closing of the bid (before reopening), a number of shares representing more than 50% of the capital or voting rights.
