Altran: clearance from CFIUS for acquisition by Capgemini
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announced on Thursday evening that it has obtained approval from the US CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) for its proposed acquisition of Altran.
"After the announcement of the filing of the draft offer document with the French financial market authority (AMF), this regulatory clearance is a new step towards the completion of this combination, which is expected by the end of 2019," Capgemini said.
