Altran: Invest Securities still a seller
(CercleFinance.com) - Parisian broker Invest Securities this morning confirms its “sell” rating on the Altran share, considering that it is associated with "far too many risks".
Maintaining this negative stance, analysts have cut their target price for the share from 7.2 euros to 6.2 euros (-13.9%).
Analysts note the share's sharp fall last week (about -16%), saying that three new risk factors have emerged: an investigation by the French competition authority (according to the newspaper L'Humanité), questionable practices on expenses and the departure of Frank Kern, which raises questions about the group's financial landing and relations with Aricent's management, they summarise.
All this comes at the same time as issues in the group's balance sheet, in which net debt is roughly equivalent to the group's market capitalisation, which is indeed considered as "worrying".
