Altran: Invest Securities maintains buy rating
(CercleFinance.com) - Parisian broker Invest Securities maintains its buy rating on the Altran share, with a target price of 18 euros.
Admittedly, analysts believe that its 2017 accounts are mixed, saying that turnover is in line with estimates, although organic growth has not accelerated in Q4, as was the case at its peers Alten and Akka, Invest Securities says, which also points out an operating margin that is slightly below expectations, excluding provisions reversals.
However, for Altran, the key challenge now is to ensure a successful capital increase of 750 million euros to finance the acquisition of Aricent in March and better define the new group's outlook at an investor day in June, analysts conclude.
