Altran: EGM convened for acquisition of Aricent
(CercleFinance.com) - Altran Technologies has announced that it will convene an extraordinary general meeting on Friday 26 January, as part of the different actions to finalise the acquisition of Aricent, which was announced on 30 November.
The resolutions authorising the board of directors to make a capital increase of 750 million euros to finance the transaction and to determine the terms and conditions thereof will be submitted for approval to shareholders.
To date, the employee representative bodies in France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands have given their approval, and authorisation has already been obtained from competition authorities in the US.
