Altran: Altrafin Participations sells stake.
(CercleFinance.com) - Apax Partners and Altamir have announced that their subsidiary Altrafin Participations SAS intends to sell e a total of 14,796,677 Altran Technologies shares, representing 8.
4% of the group's share capital as at 31 May.
Concomitantly, Altran's founding shareholders will also sell some of their shares under the same terms as Altrafin in proportion to their current shareholdings.
The operation will be completed as part of an investment by way of an accelerated formation of an order book reserved for institutional investors.
