Rothschild & Co: changes in supervisory board
(CercleFinance.com) - Rothschild & Co has announced that David de Rothschild will join its supervisory board at the next annual general shareholders' meeting on 17 May, and that Alexandre de Rothschild will be appointed as executive chairman of Rothschild & Co Gestion, Rothschild & Co's Managing Partner.
Upon David de Rothschild's appointment, he will succeed Éric de Rothschild as chairman of the supervisory board and the board will be asked to approve Eric de Rothschild and Adam Keswick as vice-chairmen of the supervisory board.
In addition, the board of directors of the family holding company Rothschild Concordia, Rothschild & Co's major shareholder, will appoint Éric de Rothschild as its chairman, replacing David de Rothschild, who will remain a member of Rothschild Concordia's Board.
