Air France-KLM: stock down after new CEO appointed
(CercleFinance.com) - The Air France-KLM stock closed down slightly over 3% on Friday, after Benjamin Smith formally took office as the Franco-Dutch airline's new CEO at its board meeting.
This fallen has wiped out part of its gains over previous days, having virtually returned to its level at the beginning of the week.
However, it should be said that Benjamin Smith's appointment has come along with a number of headwinds: These include threats of further strike action by pilots, controversy regarding his remuneration package and fears from trade unions on his strategy for the airline...
