Air France-KLM: Oddo BHF upgrades stock
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF has upgraded its rating on Air France-KLM from "reduce" to "buy," having increased its corresponding target price to 9.
5 euros, after the share's Franco-Dutch airline's relative underperformance of 55% since the beginning of 2018.
The broker believes that the share's risk/reward ratio has clearly become attractive once more, with the appointment of a new CEO in a few weeks, which will have repercussions on the strategy implemented by the company and, de facto, its valuation.
Oddo BHF calculates that the stock has significant upside potential (to 22.5 euros per share, i.e. +221%) in a "blue sky scenario", which seems to be in its favour. Its downside is ultimately limited - in a "worst case" scenario (to 6.3 euros, or -10%).
