Air France: launches consultation with employees
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France has suffered from nine days of strikes for wage demands since 22 February 2018.
On 16 April, management issued a final proposal for a committing multi-year agreement for general salary increases of 7% over 4 years, in addition to individual increases.
Open for signature by representative trade unions until 12 noon today, Friday20 April, this agreement has not received the necessary majority signatures.
"To date, the impact of this conflict is estimated at over 220 million euros," the group said.
Air France's chairman, Jean-Marc Janaillac, has decided to launch a consultation with all employees.
