Air France-KLM: proposes pay increases
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM announces that, after three days of negotiations, it will propose a final agreement submitted for signature until at noon on Friday 20 April, ensuring general salary increases over the years from 2018 to 2021.
Through this agreement, salaries would be increased, by an average of 12.5% over the period, (including a general increase of 7% for all staff categories), with a possible adjustment if the group's operating result were to be below 200 million euros.
On this occasion, the airline mentioned the financially destructive consequences of recent strikes, estimating that they will have cost it, including the days of 17 and 18 April, a total of 220 million euros.
