Air France-KLM: passenger traffic up 3.3% in October.

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France has announced a 3.
3% increase in passenger numbers in October, based on capacities that arte up 1.5%, which has resulted in a 1.5-point improvement in the airline's load factor to 86.5%.

The airline said that it transported some 7.4 million passengers (+5.2%) under its Air France, KLM and Hop! banners, and boasts revenue per seat kilometre offered (RSKO), excluding FX factors, that is up sharply relative to October 2016.

Meanwhile, the Franco-Dutch group's low cost division, Transavia, saw its traffic increase 4.4%, with 1.7 million passengers carried (+3%), while cargo traffic increased by 1.2%.
