Air France-KLM: China Eastern and Delta take stake.
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM announced on Tuesday evening that the settlement-delivery of the capital increases reserved for China Eastern Airlines and Delta Air Lines, as announced on 27 July and approved at the extraordinary general meeting on 4 September 2017 shareholders took place on Tuesday.
The 75,054,098 new shares were also admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris and Amsterdam regulated market.
China Eastern Airlines and Delta Air Lines now officially each hold 10% of Air France-KLM's share capital. Both companies have a representative on Air France-KLM's board of directors.
