Air France: go-ahead from competition authorities.
(CercleFinance.com) - The group Air France KLM has announced receiving approvals from the competition authorities relating to capital increases reserved for China Eastern Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
The conditions precedent relating to regulatory approvals in the US and Brazil have been lifted.
The settlement-delivery of the reserved capital increases and admission on the regulated market of Euronext Paris and Amsterdam for the new shares will take place on 3 October 2017.
