Air France-KLM: AMF's approval for capital increases.

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM announced that on 17 August 17 the AMF granted its approval for the prospectus regarding capital increases with cancellation of the DPS totaling 750.
55 million euros, which is reserved for China Eastern Airlines and Delta Air Lines.

These capital increases will be used to strengthen the Franco-Dutch airline's strategic alliances that were announced on 27 July when the group unveiled its interim results.

Delta Air Lines and China Eastern Airlines will each separately take a 10% stake in Air France-KLM's capital at a price of 10 euros per share. These subscription agreements will last 25 years.
